2026 Event Details

Registration for the 2026 Tournament is now open!

We have a number of EXCITING CHALLENGES and CONTESTS during the tournament. All proceeds go to our worthy beneficiaries — Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry, Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels, and the Lake Oswego Police Department Caring Card Program.

Event Registration

  • Player cost: $150

  • The event will have a maximum of 11 teams of five (55)

  • One free beer/wine/soda drink ticket for the catered lunch provided

  • Each player receives a special goodie bag

  • Purchase a Mulligan for $10 (max one per player, five per team). Can be used at any time during play.

  • Purchase Raffle tickets for $20 (max two per person)

Silent Auction

Here are highlights of our Silent Auction offerings:

  • Two nights at the WorldMark Seaside

  • Private plane tour and lunch hosted by a F18 fighter pilot 

  • One hour aromatherapy massage at Rumi Simone

  • Willamette Valley Vineyards wine tasting and winery tour

  • Wine and appetizer cruise on Lake Oswego (two offerings)

  • Langdon Farms Golf Club foursome with carts

  • Four bottles of Shafer Napa Valley wine

  • Willamette Valley Country Club foursome with carts

  • Private Pilates intro class at im=x Pilates followed by five group classes

  • Exclusive Lake Oswego Police Ride-Along Package

Challenges and Contests

  • Freeman Motors Hole in One Challenge — Our friends at Freeman Motors have generously offered to sponsor a Hole in One Challenge at the event. Win $25,000 towards a car from their selection! Other top prizes will be offered for any Hole in One during the tournament.

  • Putting Contest — All players play a six hole putting course. Winners win prizes or golf merchandise.

  • Chipping Contest — 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Winners win prizes or golf merchandise.

  • Straightest Drive Contest  — for men and women. Winners win prizes or golf merchandise.

  • Pro’s Shot Challenge — a Pro hits up to three shots and your team plays from the best position. You should be putting for Birdie! 

  • Single Club Challenge — each player chooses one club to play the par 4 8th hole.

  • Closest to the Pin Contests — for men and women on four holes. Winners win cash prizes or golf merchandise.

Special Raffle

We are holding a special raffle with three prizes so your odds of winning are great! Raffle tickets are $20, limit two per person.

Your raffle ticket will be given to you at registration. Only 100 raffle tickets will be sold and you do not need to be present to win. Raffle drawing will be on the day of the event, July 9, 2026.

Thursday July 9, 2026 — Tournament      

7:30 AM

  • Breakfast snacks, fruit and coffee provided

  • Registration, pick up team scorecard and goodie bag

  • Buy Mulligans and Raffle Tickets

  • Silent auction items on display for bidding

9:00 AM — Tournament

  • Format: 18 hole, five player Scramble, shotgun start

  • Players will provide their handicaps when they register. If you don't have a handicap we will assign you one

  • All players tee off, select the best shot, all players hit from that position and repeat until the ball is holed

Post Tournament

  • Delicious catered lunch by Elephant’s Deli

  • Putting Contest winners and prizes announced

  • Chipping Contest winners and prizes announced

  • Straightest Drive Contest winners and prizes announced

  • Closest to the Pin winners and prizes announced

  • Special Raffle winners announced

  • Tournament team winners announced and awards given— Cash awards and prizes to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
