On the next step please provide your team name, player ages, player names, player emails and player handicaps. If someone on your team doesn’t have a handicap one will be assigned.

Your registration fee includes the following:

• $150 registration + $10 Mulligan + $20 Raffle Ticket = $180

• Your Mulligan and Raffle Ticket will be give to you at registration.

• Only 100 raffle tickets will be sold and you do not need to be present to win. Raffle drawing will be on the day of the event, July 9, 2026.

• Continental breakfast served before the round

• Catered lunch by Elephant's Deli served after the round

• Closest to the Pin (on four holes, men & women winners)

• Straightest Drive Contest (men & women winners)

• Pro Challenge (Pro hits for you on the long par 3 2nd hole)

• Single Club Challenge (each player chooses one club to play the par 4 8th hole)

• Six Hole Putting Contest

• Chipping Contest

• PRIZES AWARDED: Cash and prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Cash prizes will be given for the contests listed above.

The recipients of this year's event are Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry, Lake Oswego's Meals on Wheels, and the Lake Oswego Police Department Caring Card Program.
